Who can receive care at HHM Health?
Anyone who completes the enrollment process can receive care at HHM Health. We have the expertise to provide care for all ages regardless of income, race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, language, national origin, religion, residency status, employment, health insurance coverage, or ability to pay for services.
How do I get enrolled to become a patient at HHM Health?
Before your first appointment, you must get enrolled as a patient at HHM Health. To get enrolled, simply visit our enrollment office in our Vickey Health Center location which is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:30pm. This office is located on the third floor of 5750 Pineland Drive, Dallas TX, 75231. No appointment necessary.
What if I do not have insurance?
At HHM Health, we offer a sliding-scale discount based on income. Call us or visit the enrollment office to find out if you quality.
How do I make an appointment at HHM Health?
If you are an existing patient, call 214-221-0855 or click here. If you are a new patient, visit our enrollment office at our Vickery Health Center location to get enrolled as an HHM Health patient. The Enrollment Office is located on the third floor of 5750 Pineland Drive, Dallas, TX, 25231 and is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:30pm. No appointment necessary.
How do I get a refill for my medication?
In order to get a refill, please contact the HHM Health pharmacy or your current pharmacy, who will then send a refill request to the prescribing provider.
