About Pamela Randolph, PhD LCDC-CCS MSPH CHWI

Dr. Pamela J. Randolph is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in behavioral health and addiction counseling. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Home Economics/Child & Family Studies from Philander Smith University before pursuing her passion for addiction studies counseling at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, where she earned her Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH). Dedicated to holistic care, Dr. Randolph furthered her education at the Spiritual Revelation Kingdom of God Theological Institute, where she obtained a PhD in Christian Counseling and a Doctorate in Theology (ThD). Her commitment to excellence is underscored by her certifications as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) and Clinical Supervisor (CCS) from the Texas Certification Board of Addiction Professionals and the Arkansas Substance Abuse Certification Board.

With 18 years of experience, Dr. Randolph serves as the Program Director for the HIV Minority AIDS grant and Lead trainer for our Opioid Overdose program. She is a member of various professional organizations, including Iota Phi Lambda Business & Professional Women’s Sorority, Inc., Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., NCNW, Inc., Black Adjunct Assistant Professors (FB), Black Therapists Association, and more. Dr. Randolph’s contributions to education and community service have earned her accolades, including recognition as a Distinguished Educator by Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. She was also selected to participate in the prestigious Leadership Forum in 2024. Outside of her professional endeavors, Dr. Randolph enjoys embarking on adventures, exploring new cultures, indulging in literature, and participating in community outreach initiatives. Her open-mindedness and zest for life fuel her enthusiasm for trying new experiences.
