Dr. Scarlet Y. Herrarte Fornos is a distinguished infectious disease physician with over 12 years of experience. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of California, Irvine, before graduating from Ross University School of Medicine in 2011. Dr. Herrarte Fornos completed her Internal Medicine residency at Nassau University Medical Center in 2015, followed by an Infectious Disease fellowship at NYU-Langone Winthrop Hospital in 2017. She has served as a valuable member of the Infectious Disease Society of America since 2016. Prior to joining HHM Health, Dr. Herrarte Fornos practiced at Fort Worth Infectious Disease Consultants, LLC, bringing a wealth of expertise in infectious diseases to her patients and colleagues alike. Her hobbies and interests include traveling, learning about new cultures, cooking, and reading.
